Email & Anti-Spam Policy

An address enters our mailing list in one of two ways: you submitted it through the subscription form on this website, or you provided it during business correspondence and confirmed that you want commercial email. We never buy, rent or scrape addresses from directories, websites or social networks.

After the subscription form is submitted we send a confirmation email with a verification link. Nothing else is sent until that link is clicked. We store the date, time and IP address of the confirmation as proof of consent.

Every commercial email carries a visible unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header. Unsubscribing requires no account or login and is processed immediately, and in any case within 72 hours. You can also use the unsubscribe page or email [email protected].

• Transactional: subscription confirmations, replies to enquiries, documents and notifications for active contracts.
• Commercial: prices, availability and shipping terms — to subscribers only.
• Informational: a market overview, no more than once a month.

We use accurate subject lines, a real sender address on the agrosvetl.com domain, and our full legal name and physical address in the signature. We do not use misleading headers, hidden redirects or unsolicited attachments.

Addresses are removed automatically after a hard bounce or a spam complaint. Addresses that have not opened an email for more than 12 months are dropped from the list. Lists are checked regularly for invalid and role-based addresses.

We process bounce and complaint notifications through our provider's feedback mechanisms, monitor the resulting rates and pause sending if internal thresholds are exceeded (bounce rate above 5% or complaint rate above 0.1%).

The agrosvetl.com domain publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and email is sent only through authorised infrastructure. If you receive a message in our name from another domain, it is forged — please report it to [email protected].

We follow the rules applicable to commercial email, including Japan's Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail and the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the CAN-SPAM Act (USA), the GDPR and ePrivacy rules (EU) and CASL (Canada).

If you believe an email was sent without consent, write to [email protected] and include the message headers. We reply within five business days, delete the address and trace how it entered the list.
